We are looking for a new M.I.C.E manager assistant worker to join our fun friendly dynamic team.

BTL Georgia - Incoming and Outgoing travel company based in Georgia, specializing in MICE [Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events], Business Tourism and Leisure.

Position – M.I.C.E manager assistant

Manager Assistant Conditions of Work: Full time, overtime may be required according to high season   

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 – 19:00,  

Trial Period: 3 months (2 weeks Theoretical lecture and practical training)

Exam after 3 weeks of interview/training

  Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing the project from the beginning till the end of the event, full charge of the preparation process in a project, leading the project.

Create new products/ideas for the company and offer it to clients

Development of relationships with suppliers (hotels, transportation companies, guides, restaurants, venues, etc.),

Professional correspondence by email/phone with clients and assists their requirements.

Accompany with a confirmed group around Georgia and assist with them during their stay in the country.

Responsible for the logistics part (timeline, operational planning, budget)

Working in Excel, PowerPoint, Word,

Reporting the project after the end with the financial department (gathering all invoices, payments and after the project make the report)

Skills required

Experience in sales or leading small- and large scale projects in a service environment (will be the priority)

Good knowledge of the destination – hotels, venues, restaurants, locations

Problem-solving skills   

Leadership skills

Fluence written and verbal communication – Russian, English, (Priority is Russian)

Ability to work as individually and as part of a team  

Creative and openminded

Decision-maker and experienced in stressful situations
